Customer Training and Support Specialist
Job Description: The main focus of this position is to lead the Redmatch US Support Team and provide support and product training to Redmatch customers via telephone, e-mail and through online demonstrations. The position will require strong customer service skills and orientation, the ability to use positive interpersonal skills to handle customer problems, as well as a good understanding of technology.
Qualifications:
- College Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Support and Training experience
- Outstanding customer care abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of technology – Internet
- Computer software understanding
- Basic computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated and quick learning
- Knowledge of ASP HR/recruitment applications (a plus)
