Job Description:
The main focus of this sales position is to sell the Redmatch HR Recruiting software solution to corporate businesses via online demonstrations. The position will require strong telesales skills and a basic understanding of technology. The majority of sales will be over the phone and this position requires high sales activity. Such sales activities will be cold calling, telemarketing, company research, pre-call strategy and planning.
Qualifications:
- College Degree (preferred)
- Strong sales skills and understanding of the sales process.
- Understanding of technology
- Computer software understanding
- Basic computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Strong Presentation and telesales skills
- Experience in giving web based presentations/demos.
- High energy, strong work ethic
- Goal oriented –career, financially and personally
- Track record of success in previous jobs
- Experience in a fast growing company
