Redmatch Recruiter has a parsing engine that processes ads in any format. The ads are scanned, and key information is identified or extrapolated, including job category, location, fax and e-mail, zip code, managerial level, etc. The entire ad text is available for search. Display ad text is also extracted, and the ad image can be displayed online in its original format.
- Powerful search engine
Jobs can be searched using keywords, categories, location, managerial level, company name, and newspaper ad ID. A comprehensive thesaurus makes job finding easier, since specific jobs can be found using different keywords (for example: “Programmer” or “Software Engineer”). Applying for a job that was found through “Job Search” presents candidates with three options: login (if an account has already been established), submit a resume, or complete a brief registration process and find out immediately whether or not they qualify for the job they just applied to.
